ICE was created in March 2003 and is the largest investigative branch of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The agency combines the law enforcement arms of the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and the former U.S. Customs Service to more effectively enforce U.S. immigration and customs laws and to protect the nation against terrorist attacks. ICE does this by targeting illegal immigrants and people, money and materials that support terrorism and other criminal activities. ComCam announces a new direct-to-fiber megapixel digital camera line with day/night capability. The company says that evaluation samples of the ComCam CF-130 camera are available now. ComCam will introduce the CF-130 at the upcoming ISC West show in Las Vegas, April 5-7, 2006.

Symbol performed extensive testing of ComCam's PocketC3 client software on Symbol's MC50, MC70, and MC9062 mobile computing devices, running over a Symbol wireless switch LAN network and Cingular GPRS network. Symbol's validation report found that "leading industry CCTV cameras in remote locations were viewable with pan, tilt, and zoom control" on these devices. It also found "the PocketC3 was very straightforward and simple to set up. ... [and] worked right out of the gate on all devices under test."

ComCam technology will be part of the University of South Florida's Center for Ocean Technology (COT) display at UI-2006. It will operate from the US Geological Survey (USGS) research vessel G.K. Gilbert in the Port of St. Petersburg and in Tampa Bay.

Paul M. Higbee, an investment banker with over twenty five years professional experience, is a partner at G.C. Andersen Partners, LLC, a New York private merchant bank. Prior to joining Andersen, Mr. Higbee worked primarily with middle-market companies at a number of investment banks including Deutsche Bank, PaineWebber and Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has an AB in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Today ComCam announced that it has signed a teaming agreement with Technology Service Corporation (TSC), a provider of specialized engineering services for radar, surveillance and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), to handle various Department of Defense (DoD) related projects.

Nolan Bushnell will join ComCam's Advisory Board. Bushnell is best known for bringing "PONG", Atari Corporation, and Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater to the masses. He has founded over 20 companies. With his current venture, uWink, Bushnell and his team are changing the face of Internet entertainment by streaming it into public portals and establishing mass multi-player gaming tournaments worldwide.

ComCam, Inc. today announced a cross licensing and joint development venture with Strela Development AG of Switzerland for inclusion of ComCam core technology in the HealthSourceOne platform of remote medical diagnostic products and services. Under the terms of the relationship, ComCam will license their technology to HealthSourceOne for use in tele-medical markets. Strela will license to ComCam sensor technology for use in non-medical markets. This agreement formalizes the relationship between the two companies that began at their first joint public presentation at The World Conference of the European Respiratory Society in Florence, Italy in August 2000.
