ICE was created in March 2003 and is the largest investigative branch of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The agency combines the law enforcement arms of the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and the former U.S. Customs Service to more effectively enforce U.S. immigration and customs laws and to protect the nation against terrorist attacks. ICE does this by targeting illegal immigrants and people, money and materials that support terrorism and other criminal activities. ICE is a key component of the DHS "layered defense" approach to protecting the nation.

Wavetrend products, distributed by AAID, give the system 'best in class' characteristics that allow it to implement asset tracking in larger facilities.

IGOR, an acronym for Indoor GPS OLogic Robot, is capable of autonomously driving between indoor waypoints. A camera mounted in the robot delivers a low latency live video feed and control to the end-user anywhere on the Internet and cell phones. IGOR utilizes an ultrasonic indoor GPS system developed by SJAutomation, remote IP telepresence developed by ComCam International and OLogic's own robotic control system technology.

ComCam MicroServers and cameras are now operable over Cingular Wireless 3G Broadband Network using the Sierra Wireless AirCard® 860, thus enabling ComCam video command and control technology over a national wireless network. Now Cingular joins our growing list of approved networks.

The IVA (Intelligent Video Analysis) system developed by Alparysoft and ComCam was designed to operate with low bandwidth video. The efficient scalable architecture allows a single recognition server to manage large numbers of cameras over standard networks.

ComCam announces a new direct-to-fiber megapixel digital camera line with day/night capability. The company says that evaluation samples of the ComCam CF-130 camera are available now. ComCam will introduce the CF-130 at the upcoming ISC West show in Las Vegas, April 5-7, 2006.

Symbol performed extensive testing of ComCam's PocketC3 client software on Symbol's MC50, MC70, and MC9062 mobile computing devices, running over a Symbol wireless switch LAN network and Cingular GPRS network. Symbol's validation report found that "leading industry CCTV cameras in remote locations were viewable with pan, tilt, and zoom control" on these devices. It also found "the PocketC3 was very straightforward and simple to set up. ... [and] worked right out of the gate on all devices under test."

ComCam technology will be part of the University of South Florida's Center for Ocean Technology (COT) display at UI-2006. It will operate from the US Geological Survey (USGS) research vessel G.K. Gilbert in the Port of St. Petersburg and in Tampa Bay.

ComCam today announced the release of version 1.5 of Pocket C3, a derivative of the Company's highly acclaimed C3 software product that brings commercial control room video capability to a laptop computer. The Pocket C3 extends ComCam's proven network security and surveillance software to the PDA and smart-phone market sectors.

Paul M. Higbee, an investment banker with over twenty five years professional experience, is a partner at G.C. Andersen Partners, LLC, a New York private merchant bank. Prior to joining Andersen, Mr. Higbee worked primarily with middle-market companies at a number of investment banks including Deutsche Bank, PaineWebber and Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has an AB in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School.

ComCam, Inc. today announced that it has completed a $1.1 million financing of ComCam International, Inc. ("ComCam International"), the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, in the form of a convertible promissory note with ACC Investors LLC of New York ("ACC Investors").

Today ComCam announced that it has signed a teaming agreement with Technology Service Corporation (TSC), a provider of specialized engineering services for radar, surveillance and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), to handle various Department of Defense (DoD) related projects.

ComCam, Inc. today announced a cross licensing and joint development venture with Strela Development AG of Switzerland for inclusion of ComCam core technology in the HealthSourceOne platform of remote medical diagnostic products and services. Under the terms of the relationship, ComCam will license their technology to HealthSourceOne for use in tele-medical markets. Strela will license to ComCam sensor technology for use in non-medical markets. This agreement formalizes the relationship between the two companies that began at their first joint public presentation at The World Conference of the European Respiratory Society in Florence, Italy in August 2000.
