What is My Comcam?

My Comcam is a collection of value add and premium services offered by comcam.net to our customers.

Basic services include:

• Access to forums where you can talk with Comcam support and other comcam.net members.
• Dynamic DNS service for cameras behind DSL or cable modems.
• Web Portal which allows you to access your cameras from any PC without installing software.
• Access to software and tools for managing your comcam-10 network.
• Notification of software & firmware updates.

Premium services include:

• Video locker where your cameras can post video which you can view later from any PC.
• Mobile alerts enable cameras to notify you by email when alarm conditions arise.
• Developer program for customers wanting to design custom applications or integrate Comcam technology into existing systems.

How do I start?

Your first step is to create a comcam.net account. You can do this by clicking here. By creating this free account, you become a "Guest" member which gives you limited access to the basic services.

After purchasing your comcam-10 model camera, you can register it using the Camera Setup Wizard. This will upgrade your account to "Customer" status and give you full access to the basic services.

You can then contact Comcam for information on enabling individual premium services.
