Don Gilbreath
Mr. Gilbreath has 22 years experience in
product development, engineering project
management, and specialized technical sales. He
has designed and developed over 30 computer-based
products, including Internet appliances, Set-Top
TV devices, multimedia players, and musical
instruments. He has provided specialized R&D
expertise to General Electric, Johnson Controls,
TCI, Standard & Poors, and Commodore
International. As an accomplished sales agent, he
has sold graphics systems from gaming terminals
in Europe to video editing systems in Asia. He
has extensive experience in running international
engineering teams, vendor negotiations,
licensing, patents, and offshore manufacturing.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board
& CEO.
Al Duncan
Mr. Duncan has 26 years of financial and general
management experience domestically and
internationally. He currently serves a CFO of a
NASDAQ small cap firm engaged in document
management and imaging services to the legal
profession. From 1991 through 1997 he held
numerous longterm management consulting
assignments including interim CFO assignments in
two publicly traded electronic and software
companies. From 1981 until 1991 Mr. Duncan held
numerous positions with Commodore International,
Ltd. including General Manager US Operations, CFO
European Operations, General Manager Canada, and
General Manager positions for Latin America,
Eastern Europe, Italy, France and Belgium. Mr.
Duncan was also CEO of Victor Technologies, Inc.,
a publicly traded computer firm in Scotts Valley,
California. He holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate
School of Business Administration and a BS in
Civil Engineering from Duke University. He
currently serves as Director and CFO.
David Rosen
David Rosen has over 20 years experience as a senior
executive in marketing/sales and business-development
of computer-based products and services. Most
recently, he was Vice President, Business
Development for AVS/MuSE Technologies, a leader
in data visualization software and solution, and
helped take the company public. Previously, he
was co-managing director of Praxis, a
strategic planning firm whose clients included
Fujitsu, GTE, HBO, IBM, KQED/SF, NASA, Weather
Channel and WNET/NY. Earlier, he was Commodore's
International Marketing Director and was Vice
President, Entertainment Services, IDG/LINK
Resources.
